Welcome to BDC Wedding Cars. By booking our chauffeur services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Deposit & Payment:
    • Full Payment at time of booking to confirm wedding car and associated services
  • Payment Methods:
    • We accept Bank Transfer (EFT), PayPal (Goods & Services) and Stripe.
    • All payments must be made in GBP (£).
  • Administration Fee:
    • A 10% administration fee applies to all bookings and is non-refundable.

2. Service Terms

  • Service Area:
    • Our chauffeur services cover THANET, CANTERBURY, WHITSTABLE and FOLKESTONE. Additional locations in Kent. On request.
  • Chauffeur Standards:
    • Our professional owner-chauffeur will arrive on time and provide a first-class experience.
  • Vehicle Usage:
    • The Jaguar XJL is provided exclusively for the bride, groom and both sets of parents.
    • Maximum of 3 passengers in the car at a time to ensure comfort and luxury.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Timeliness:
    • Clients must be ready at the agreed pickup time to avoid delays.
  • Behaviour & Damage:
    • Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or guests will be the client’s responsibility.
    • The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service if any passenger is disruptive, rude or endangering safety.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Force Majeure:
    • BDC Wedding Cars is not liable for delays, cancellations or service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, road closures or accidents).

5. Dispute Resolution & Refunds

  • Refund Requests:
    • All refunds will be subject to the 10% administration fee, which is deducted before processing the refund.
  • PayPal Disputes:
    • If payment was made via PayPal (Goods & Services), disputes must be handled directly through PayPal’s resolution center.

6. Agreement

By booking a service with BDC Wedding Cars, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
